A project contracted with a major retail company in Saudi Arabia, where we worked on developing the organizational manual, evaluating performance, and establishing clear policies to help the company achieve its goals professionally and systematically in line with its working environment. We defined the control measures and the responsibilities of each department to ensure efficient operations.
